This group looks promising to become shared even on Explore Discover groups:

However, the description (about) needs to become translated at least into German and French. And this group also needs to become administered by someone (one or more) who has Club subscription and is an active member at ipernity.

Any volunteers?

EDIT: Berny volunteered, and will take care of the group. I will assist him.

OK, i would make the second Admin beside you, Sami. And I will translate (and eventually extend) the decription. Or did you mean, that you don't want to stay as Admin,...that would be sad? A wonderful weekend for you!

I can stay as an second (active) admin to watch after the group, and help you. But as you may have noticed, I am not a landscape photographer ;-)

First of all, I suggest considering translations on the title as well, to make it possible to find the group also with search in other languages.

Rules are very likely not needed, since this group seem to have worked without them.

I see you added the descriptions already. But we at ima team prefer to have them on separate sections provided for it on the admin tools.

"Landscape Photography" is quite difficult to define. What is not a "landscape" in my opinion (it's easier this way) ;-)

1) macros, close ups
2) seascapes, if there is only sea and sky, but no islands, no shoreline
3) sunrise/sunset, if 99% is orange color and sun, but no "land" can be identified,
4) pure cityscapes, but there can be houses or a village, even a town, bedded in landscape
5) pure sky and clouds
and so on.....

The main subject should be the landscape. For example, If the photo is occupied with a car for 90% and you see 10% of meadows with trees, it's no "landscape". Sure there are border cases, but it's highly appreciated, if members post photos in other groups, which fit better, if it's not really "landscape".
