Critique on TPAM

THis thread is meant for us to help each other taking better pictures.
The idea is you look for a foto in the stream of the person above you. Then you criticise on one point. This means you look for one thing in the foto that you think could be done better. Then you post this foto in medium size and tell your critique which includes telling how you think this could have been done better.
In short:
- pick foto of TPAMs stream
- find one criticism
- tell how you think it could be done better
And remember the next time you will be in the focus of the critique. ;)
So remember: keep being friendly and constructive we can all profi from this!
I think that this will certainly call for more discussions on the topics.
These discussions can take place in a seperate discussion-thread.

So, let's start; tell me what do you think about this shot:
"Old basket" by Roberto Ballerini <away> [?]
Arne has replied to Roberto Ballerini -…Anyway. To tell in advance I like the picture.
Now one criticism: It is hard to tell the basket from the trees. Since this is black&white you could have tried to seperate the basket from the trees either by lighting or by chosing a larger DOF so that the ring of the basket is still sharp and the trees are not. I think the sharpness method would destroy the picture too much. So I would try to go with a little different lightint. Just my opinion. :)
Now. Somebody choose one of my pictures and criticise it.
