I know that this is only a small group, but if we wish to continue using it, I urge you to join this group:
PROPOSALS to save Ipernity / PROPOSITIONS pour la sauvegarde d'Ipernity
(Copy & paste this link into your browser,- for some reason I can't paste the hyperlink here!)
A numper of proposals have been offered, and I'm not certain if all, or any of them, will work, - but your membership will give encouragement to those who are actively working to save Ipernity. You do not need to participate, your mebership is sufficient, but all positive suggestions will be welcome !
If we do nothing, then closure is inevitable, but by showing our support it might just be possible to keep Ipernity going.
Sincerely,
Mike

The way I see it is we will have to have advertising and you can argue the time and expertise to accomplish that will erode the final result if there is not enough uptake of it.
Since this issue surfaced I have become more benign in my outlook on advertising down the side of the script (ours) - ''whatever it takes'', as one of our politicians said 30 years ago.
