Let me start with a story published by the famous philosopher and communication researcher Paul Watzlawik (Austria, California) in his book "Guide to Unhappiness".

The lost key
A drunk man is looking for his key under a street lamp. A policeman helps him in his search. When, after a long search, the policeman asks the man if he is sure he lost the key here, the man replies: "No, not here, back there - but it's much too dark there."

What I'm trying to tell you is that we can actually only start looking for suitable photos on our hard drives or take new ones when we have an idea of what kind of pictures they are supposed to be.

What is clear is that as eye-catchers they should evoke associations immediately, without long contemplation. So the question we have to ask ourselves is: "What associations should the picture evoke?

The following is coming to my mind:

● photography
● fellowship, club
● Vibrancy
● Communication
● Feeling invited

Can you think of any other associations that would be desirable?
