Here is just another of infititely available examples of why the English language is so complicated. I think the following setence makes perfect sense, and that is really weird: I had a Doctor's appointment today for which I had to fast but was so fast asleep that I woke up late, making me leave the house so fast that I forgot to make the door fast.

Voilà... j'ai souscrit au groupe "Interesting Signs" et je suis allée y voir les nouvelles publications. Je tombe sur ce panneau : https://www.test.ipernity.com/doc/40625/4581042/in/group/26210 Bigre, pas agréable à lire. J'ai une idée de ce que ça dit, mais la linguiste que je suis n'a jamais étudié l'allemand et n'en connaît qu'une centaine de mots, tout juste assez pour remercier (j'espère à bon escient) les amis germanophones sur Ipernity, quitte à leur piquer leurs phrases... Je constate…
