I don't smoke but use it in tea.
My grandmother was a healer, she used to grow it and it was used to release stress but also some pains. I soon discovered it could be used in another way and it was fun to try, but was never addicted, for me being concious is primordial, same for drinking wine, beer or spirits: I stop when I feel I am not totally myself...

Just checked: in Portugal adults above 18yo are allowed to carry 7gr dried cannabis in the street and grow 4 plants at home as long as they cannot be seen from the outside.
