i've only ever kept a cactus as an integral part of Punky but I never thought about brushing it! I'll have to have a think and perhaps get out an old toothbrush kept for unexpected purposes such as this! I'll have to convince punky first though!

Maybe Punky will rebel against the toothbrush… big mamma attacks me very often, I have to be extra careful when I pass close…

Punky is by my elbow as I type this comment to your reply, Isabel and he is indicating (obviously he can't talk!) by subtle signs that a careful brush up would be OK!

A very interesting name, and excellent textures, Isabel. Can see why you love the cacti, amazing variety in your album, inspirational. Have never thought of brushing a cactus, but we really don't have many succulents, as it's a bit too wet in this particular area.
