Greetings from Hilton Beach, St. Joe's Isle, Ont.
A Tichnor Bros. card, made in Boston, Mass. and numbered 69424. The card is obviously generic (although a very nice generic) with "Hilton Beach" etc. just stamped on. It is unused. I would guess that it dates from around 1940 but it is hard to say. A very nice linen card with a colour palette that makes one think of sun, sand and sea.

Yes, it takes a lot to get me to buy a generic postcard, or any postcard from as late a date as this. But this is one of the best of its kind, I thought. Thanks for your comment.
