Hellebore Orientalis (also known as the Christmas or Lenten rose) are perennial shady garden plants with elegant, rose-like blossoms. They are among the earliest to bloom, often amid the last of the spring snow.
In gardening Zone 7 , H. orientalis can bloom outdoors at Christmas Time. We are zoned 6 B/ 7 A around here, and with this latest round of warmth mine are bursting in bloom....
