And how do you know it is supposed to look like an angel(?) =D

Icons and symbols are kind of funny. We learn to recognize them thanks to cultural repetition, but it is still sort of a guessing game.

Like the way the light plays and dances on the angles here. Like Thomas said, Guardian angels always help. To me Guardian Angels may never be seen but I their presence is often felt. Somethings can't be explained. :)
