Your choice of crop works well with the ripple lines extending on a slight diagonal through the image. The circular ripples around that one buoy on the left really draws one's eye into the image.

This time the random point was in the water, I thought not very interesting, but fortunately the buoys were excactly on the right spot. A passing boat made the ripples on the surface.
