A forested fence


Not a fenced forest :-)
Happy Fence Friday everyone
This fence has recently resurfaced after being buried below ground for more than 60 years.
This path had no fencing in the 1960s but there were some metal spikes which must have been left when the fencing was removed. At that time there were very few trees on the hillside and in Winter when the snow came we could slide down the hill on our sledges.
Today the hill is covered in trees
