Will we see Snow like this 10 years later?


I was looking at this photo, taken January 2013 when I realised it will soon be 10 years old.
We have not seen snow as often in recent years AND I think I would have said the same thing in 2013 about the previous 10 years. Yes, we have some snow days most years but not long periods of weeks.
I wonder what will happen this Winter
