Loch Carron

Loch Carron
Stromeferry to Strome Castle.

Scanned slide 1983.

A vivid memory of the day, a silent hot Sunday lunchtime. I remember walking through some woodland and feeling something landing on the middle of my back it felt confusingly heavy. I put the back of my hand to it and it felt sharp like bark I thought but as I brushed off, it flew away, it was a large Dragonfly.

Same comment as Keith: what a peaceful & lovely place, so nicely captured.
But be very careful with giant dragonfly attacks... ;-)

A great shot of this tip of Loch Carron my friend. Love those coloured reflections. The nice thing about the NC500 is that there are so many fine places just a short distance away.
