Triathlon Swimmers

They swim around Ullswater for about 25 mins. Cycle a route about the Lake District for about 2 Hours including up The Struggle from Ambleside and down The Kirkstone Pass and THEN
they climb the mountain Helvellyn via Birkhouse Moor and Swirral Edge finishing at Glenridding
