Partenavia P68 I-VICC, based out of Hawarden, on photo survey work. The subject of much speculation on a local neighbours website. Quite a few of these around the UK at the moment, no doubt taking advantage of the lack of commercial flights.

Interesting - I added a note from Flightradar and he hadn't finished at that time

Well captured Colin. I imagine that the noise is even more noticeable now there are few flights and not as much traffic around. I wonder what they are taking photos of.

Yes very few flights into Manchester now. It could be moorland edge as much of those moors have been on fire in the recent years.
