Colin Ashcroft club has replied to Andy Rodker clubI like the Brian Clough references above. I don't follow football, but I read a biography of him years ago. He was a great strategist and a superb leader...........and a nice bloke by all accounts. I suspect he could have taught today's players (and managers) a lot!
The reason I read the biography was that it was required reading on a Leadership course I did when I promoted to Petty Officer in the RN (Army Sgt equivalent).

I was amazed and somehow more than a little chuffed to find that he is revered in football circles in Spain. Even a major football feature in one of the main Sports dailies has a piece entiled 'Los Ojos de Clough': The Eyes of Clough!
