Rome, Agrippa - fettucini with lobster

Agrippa was our favorite restaurant in the part of Rome where we stayed. This day, we had been to the Vatican for what we thought would be a private tour. Unfortunately, so did 30,000 other people. What should have been an extraordinary experience was overshadowed by pushing and shoving with no regard by the hoards for where we were! Two men got into a shoving fist fight and guards had to break them apart!! Good grief, we were in the Vatican!! It was an incredible experience of art, history, and our church. But, by the time, we entered St. Peters, it took some time to remind myself to pray ... With the stress behind, we headed directly to Agrippa for Aperol spritz, bruschetta, pino grigio, gnocci with muscles, claims and prawns, and fettucini with lobster. We deserved every sip and bite!!! {:o)
