Das Echte Johanniskraut (Hypericum perforatum) wächst wild in meinem Garten. Die Insekten mögen es. Die Raupen mehrerer Schmetterlingsarten ernähren sich von der Pflanze.
Zerreibt man die Knospen, so tritt rotes Hypericin aus, das "Blut des heiligen Johannes".

The flowers are really beautiful Wilhelm. I love the colours and the bokeh. The overall shape of the plant is very pleasing to the eyes and the little bee is a bonus.
