You must live in a high rent district.

No; it isn't a high rent district. The houses are build for workers in the beginning of the 20th century. The owner is the city of Frankfurt via their holding. The rent is still cheap for Frankfurt because the holding is obliged to keep it payable for people with small money. It's still a multicultural area and it's very nice to live there.
