Karakoram Landscape

Gojal, Hunza. Far North Pakistan at altitude among the 6-7000 meter peaks of the jagged Karakoram Range. These are the pinnacles of the Passu Cathedrals, or Tupopdan in local Wakhi language.
Just arrived home after 6+ weeks in very remote, sparsely populated, and stunning high altitude landscapes, mostly adjacent to the border with Afghanistan.
Wishing everyone a top Friday and a fab weekend. Will try to get to visiting soon!
Diana ❤️

This is a really beautiful, but amazingly rugged landscape. The snow covered mountain peaks are just majestic as is that huge rock balancing on a slightly smaller one bit closer to the camera! Everything looks splendid under that glorious sky!
First class photography 10/10.
Wünsche noch einen schönen Nachmittag, ganz liebe Grüße Güni :))

What a fabulous landscape. I love that huge rock that looks quite precariously balanced on the smaller one, - it catches the eye immediately. I also love the snow capped peaks of the mountains. A terrific shot
Oh, I just realised that it's Friday and you have that stone wall there, so HFF too. :-)
HFF Diana & have a great w/e.
I'm glad you arrived home safely and wish you a relaxing and also fabulous weekend, too. ox
Cheers. Herb
Wish you a great Friday and a nice weekend

Abraço from me Diana.
Keep well - and good wishes from Dj.
According to this photo, it is comparable to some regions in our Alps...
Best regards Udo.
