Thanks, Pam
Back in August 2021 I posted some images of my Japanese geisha doll, given away as a promotional exercise with Minolta SR1 cameras back in the early 1960s - which was when I bought mine (see PiP).
Over the years, Miss Minolta had lost her umbrella, but when she saw the images my lovely ipernity friend Pam J offered to make one for her. After various postage problems (covid related), the new umbrella arrived yesterday and both Miss Minolta and I are delighted and send Pam big huggss.

Recycled fence
In the garden, made from recycled barbed fencing wire, resting on an old plough disk and other agricultural bits. Hibiscus flowers nearby.
With Friday again imminent, I'll wish every one a very Happy Fence Friday and a safe and enjoyable weekend.
Crowded harbour
The small and crowded harbour at Ulladulla.

Meg's nose knows
For Macro Mondays Group, topic 240 17 January 2022 "Nose or noses".
The nasal end of our little West Highland Terrier, "Meg". That nose knows how to lead her to food or other "interesting" things.
Waterside Ulladulla
Ulladulla is a small nearby town, with a little harbour holding a fishing fleet and a variety of other boats. On the nearby waterfront there are pools for swimming.
Happy Bench Monday, everyone, and have a safe and enjoyable week.

Wandering beetle
I'll admit I haven't yet identified this beetle. The following is from the Australian Museum website: "...beetles are the largest group of animals on Earth. There are more than 30,000 known species in Australia and many more yet to be discovered. Conservative estimates of beetles worldwide is 350 000 species". I found that quite amazing!
A bright spot
When I visited a nearby town today, the weather was bleak and wet. This shiny fence brightened things up a little.
HFF everyone, and have a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Bee on frangipanni
The frangipanni flowers have come out just over the past week or two. While I was taking photos of them today (see also PiP), this bee obligingly came along.

Random coins
For Macro Mondays Group, topic 239 10 January 2022 Coins / Coinage / Small Change.
It's been interesting, at least where I live, that the Covid epidemic has reduced coin use substantially. Anyway, here is a random assortment accumulated over travels.
