Night Rain

Night Rain
After several months of very dry weather, we finally had over 180mm (about 6.5 inches) of welcome rain over three days. This night image, by streetlighting, gives some idea - it is in colour, try it on black. Super 'monsoon' night shot, mate. That's one hell of a rainstorm. The music link is spot on...a lovely bit of real jazz/blues. I turned the volume up to ear-bleed. BTW, Diana Krall does a fabulous version of the same song...worth checking out if you haven't heard it!

I would mount this on dull satin black mount board and in a satin silver plain frame on my wall and look at it forever.

It is beyond words stunning

As to rain.. I measure for CoCoRaHS and collate comments for them for 6 States. We here are still well down . Every drop counts.
