Dedicated to my Hubbie. RIP.040 copy 2

Hi everyone
It is my sad news to tell you all that after many years of a battle with Oesophageal cancer my best Mate Buddy and Pal AKA Hubbie of 40 years died this day one month ago. The battle was hard on Him but he met it with great courage. He was always so grateful for all the loving care He received here at home. I had great support from my Daughter Sandra and Son Terry junior who live here at home and my Son Andrew who lives in Pennsylvania. We got brilliant support from are local Hospice and our local HSE Clinic who provided all equipment necessary to care for Him at Home. I will miss him forever. He was a wonderful Husband and gave me a great 40 years in my life.
He was a Gentleman so kind and loved my so many outside of the Family.

Because of Terry's battle with ill health I was unable to get out with my camera. The last time I was unable to visit my local Botanical Garden. My last visit there was September 2015. So soon I hope to get out and about and get some nice Photos. Also have more time to get back to my activity on Ipernity.

My dear Tess...I am so terribly sorry to read your sad news. It fills me with such deep sorrow to picture both of you as the days passed. Your poor dear destroyed heart....I know there is nothing I can do to ease your pain but please know that my thoughts are with you and hoping that as the days, weeks, and months pass, that crushing ache will ease a little bit. Your husband doesn't want you to be sad, and for me, when thinking about my dad who passed away in 2017, that helps me feel a little better. But you know that it's just one day at a time. You are right to want to go out with your camera because it will take you away for a little while.

As grief-stricken as you are, you managed to share a picture of incredible beauty, a fitting tribute to your beloved husband. It's breathtaking.
