If a shop is displaying a poster advertising cannabis, is it breaking the law if it is selling cannabis; and is it breaking the law, by false advertising, if it is not selling cannabis?

I don't think this is a paradox, but I do think it is a conundrum.

Plus pour moi aujourd'hui mais j'en ai fumé quotidiennement durant 15 années consécutives.

Ce qui était illégal et supposément est devenu légal à plusieurs endroits.
