Wellington wouldn't be amused about it, but it's kind of funny. The Scots have a sense of humour anyway and they practice it, I think it's very good. Maybe it's still revenge for 1746 to attack English politicians at every level. You don't know.
It's funny in any case, in Germany you have mostly lost this humor.

Oor Wullie's hair used to be a lot spikier, Joe, and the bucket was a lot plainer than this. He hasn't aged well at all. There will soon be a shortage of traffic cones around this area of Scotland. LOL
