Water-Proofed Bread

Made one small bread. As usually omitted the sugar and replaced the egg whites for 50/50 water milk.
Dropped the dough in a large pot filled with cold water and after 20 minutes the dough ball floated to the surface.
It wasn't easy to shape and to get that very wet dough into the pan properly, (but hey.....I still have a clean towel :-))
It had a good (oven) rise and still smells wonderful! Thanks Elle for the recipe!
