Broken flask

When plastic bottles became more common, it significantly decreased this sight on the streets, and probably also has saved many dogs from nasty injuries and people from flat tires. But after hearing the dangers of micro plastic, I have started to think what is more serious problem in a long run ...
And yes, broken glass does look like ice.

Sami Serola (inactiv… club has replied to neira-Dan clubYes, I have heard of that "glass beach" in California, and seen similar shots. The problem would not be so devastating with glass if only people really would recycle and not toss the garbage around. Unfortunately we just never learn.

Sami Serola (inactiv… club has replied to Gudrun clubAnyway it is a great idea and your tought about plastic or glass is the right one IMHO. The little weight of plastic contentors was an argument too, but when we see the results I think it would be more sustainable to avoid plastic.
When I go for a walk I have a tupperware bottle that I refill with filtered tap water, I almost never use bottled water except when travelling in some places like in Marroco where I was last week...
Sami Serola (inactiv… club has replied to Xata clubAnd same thing with me and my wife. Especially because we are lucky to have so good and fresh tap water here around Tampere region, thanks to fresh water lakes.

Oder wenigstens zu einem Mülleimer oder besser zu einem Recycling-Container.
Sami Serola (inactiv… club has replied to Ernst Doro clubWell, accidents can of course happen, especially when peeps are little tipsy. But good manners to clear one's own trash is unfortunately lacking from some individuals.
