Yes, it is a headphone! And in singular ;-) Pair of these can be hanged on ears to listen music in stereo. I use them a lot at work, to make the long day at office more comfy. I usually listen ambient music because it does not disturb the work flow like songs or other music genres easily does.

Well I never, Sami. You kept us all guessing for 24 hours. Being deaf I can never use headphones, but I imagine it makes the day meditative.

So what I imagend to be a mousepad turns out to be the padding of the headphone;-) I haven't used headphones for years, they alway bothered me.
