Silmänräpäys in Finnish ;-)
Also in English there seem to be word eyeblink used, meaning a very short period of time.
This one really was a tough Macro Monday 2.0 challenge! I took something like a hundred images to get a few at least decent shots to illustrate the idea. Most of the shots would have been better to show rapid eye movement (aka rem sleep) =D
I also tried different cameras but once again I liked the wide angle and very short depth of field view the most, and therefore used the clip-on macro adapter on mobile phone. I also have a rather outdated Olympus Tough 810 coming with nice "super macro" mode, but that in practice just means cropping (resolution cut from 14MP to 5MP). Cropping is not an issue as such, but the image quality also turned out quite bad. Moreover, even the mobile phones have come much better than the old pocket cameras when it comes to image quality. Although, I admit the quality of course is far worse than with DSLR cameras and lenses. But I sort of like the rough look.
