Yes, that's the one. Seem to give full circle on 24mm Sony phone camera. But as you can see, only very small area in the middle is sharp. So, rather poor quality.

This is very cheap (10 Euro) set of lenses for mobile phone cameras:

There comes also "wide angle" and "macro" lens combination included.

What surprises me, is the poor quality on this Sony camera phone. My old Samsung seemed to give better pictures. I suppose the aperture (Sony f/2.0, Samsung f/2.6) has something to do with it. Here's an example taken with Samsung s4 Mini. There the camera is 28mm equivalent, and therefore the circle becomes cut from edges:

It is sometimes best way to learn, to upload the crappy pictures online, and see how they look =D I recommend using this kind of lenses for shooting close-ups of some colorful and large items, like flowers ;-)
