Finnish sports, bicycle throwing

Go and get drunk, and on your way home, take someone elses bike, and throw it in the water. You are not even supposed to break the lock and ride that bike. Just throw it in the water.

1) Source of water. Water jump used for steeplechase would work just fine! =D
2) Throwing someone else's bicycle. All the athletes bring their own bicycle. All of them are placed on the bicycle rack next to water jump. Then athlete has to pick someone elses bicycle when comes her/his turn.
3) Getting drunk. Well, using alcohol would be doping. So, maybe a merry-go-round would do the task.
And the sports goes for example like this. 1 minute with predefined rpm spent on the merry-go-round. Then 1 minute time to take someone else's bicycle and throw it into the water jump pool. Who gets the shortest time, will win!
