Something practical...

...to share with. On one discussion here at Ipernity this popped out. In case you use desktop computer and keyboard with numeric keys, then it is maybe a good idea to learn using left hand for controlling the mouse. Unless you are already doing so =D
One orthopedic expert once told me the keyboard's alphabetic part should be aligned in the middle with the primary display used for writing long texts. That means the arrows and numeric keys "pushes" the space for mouse all too far to the right, thus causing way too much tension on your arm and shoulder.
Therefore it is a good idea to learn using left hand to control the mouse =)
EDIT: Inspired by discussion with .t.a.o.n., I recalled this old hilarious "Opera face gestures" video:

And no hands needed... =D

That way both the computer screen and the keyboard has just the right height and tilt for me. Perfect for writing - and I don't mean writing music!
And if I do want to play or write music, I can display music sheets on the screen as well, not to talk about music software connected to the piano!
