Spring...

...is on it's way. I have to say I was a little skeptic whether beauty of spring could be capture in monochrome. Or more likely whether I can do it. I have seen many beautiful black and white spring photographs before, but I was not sure how to do that myself. Then I remembered the delicate green flowers of maple trees. They look maybe even better in black and white, and that is because in monochrome their beautiful shapes get the whole attention instead of the color.

respects ... the black and white gives fine detail that I think is lost
in colour sometimes .. this is delicate and very beautiful oOo
