Thank you everyone for kind comments =) This is what I see every sunny afternoon at work. Well, also on a cloudy day, but then the light is not nice as this.

Ever wondered what an ebook will look like in a hundred years?..:-))

I wonder if ebook even exists after a hundred years. Everything electronic and digital made these days seems so "wabi-sabi" (incomplete, imperfect and impermanent). Well, there probably is something that continues the concept of book, but sometimes I wonder if the majority of people even reads anymore after a hundred years. Well, of course they do, but it looks like all other media types are becoming even more popular, and soon we can have something like a "fish in the ear"that reads/tells/explains everything for us.

The bookshops are thriving Sami !! No worries yet about readers of paper books even if the genre of books that people favour has changed

I would feel incomplete and my life more imperfect without my treasured books ..

.. You and I, being impermanent, shall never know about 2114 ;-))..

Yes, luckily traditional books still exists. And although I see ebooks, or more likely the current ebook readers rather incomplete, there are of course many good features on ebook formats, applications and devices. But ultimately it is the story that matters. I remember with great fondness my childhood days, when my mother used to read the Lord of the Rings out loud to us kids. And later on the days of amateur theater when I had a role in a play based on wonderful stories of Finnish author Timo K. Mukka.
