Kitchen corner at Mount Vernon, 1973

Submitted to the Vintage Photos Theme Park for the theme A TABLETOP OR DESKTOP AND THE THINGS ON IT. Among the items on the small table are two baskets of assorted crockery and napkins, a frying pan, a pan lid, a small pitcher, assorted vegetables, a carved-out wooden scoop, and a dishcloth. I'm not sure what the long, tapered item is. Perhaps a rolling pin or a sweet potato. It is regrettable that the photographer was less than meticulous when focusing the shot.

Very cool artifacts, though.
