The soon to be "ex" patio door, and the new deck under construction outside. Ironically, the door would have been replaced today with a more energy-efficient model had the cold temperatures and foot-plus of snow not made it impractical to have the house open to the elements for several hours...

The new patio doors, finally installed after four months of weather delays. Nice and snug and winterproof, now that winter is finally over...
