Questionable Perspective
|
|
Not an infinity-spanning rift in spacetime - this was the hallway outside my hotel room.
The long hallway would have been disorienting enough without the striped carpet emphasizing the perspective, I think. But emphasize it it emphatically did.
The Train is Fine

Discovered it was cheaper to park at the brand new covered park-and-ride lot and take light rail to the airport.
Packing Up
|
|
The usual shot of the gear laid out and ready to pack up. (Only about half my clothes appear to be here, though.)
Questionable Priorities
Pinhole Eclipse

Improvised, forgot it was today.
The central image is from a hole "drilled" with an Xacto knife. The peripheral ones are from a tiny hole punch I had on hand. The dim one, the sharpest of the bunch, was a hole I drilled with a pocket knife on the spot. Smallest hole, sharpest image (in reality, not quite so here), but least light.
Questionable Request

I struggled to imagine what they would want them for. Then I decided it was best not to know.
Questionable Dogs

Airport propaganda from the pit bull cult.
The adoption of the language of the civil rights movement by every random cause is getting a little ridiculous.

Questionable Parking Job

I have no idea how this happened, nor how they did it without damaging either truck.

Questionable Product Name

Given what a pain in the ass it must be to sell this stuff without shitting yourself from laughing, I bet their sales are in the crapper.
Questionable Advertising

Okay, it's cute if you don't think about it too deeply. Unfortunately, there are those who will think about it even more deeply than that, and make a righteous That's Not Funny stink about "normalizing animal cruelty" and such.
Cute, funny...it's just not worth the shrieking insanity it will provoke.
A First
Lucky Rabbit
|
|
Looks like the black rabbit that turned up here this time last year has survived after all. I figured when I first saw it that it was someone's escaped pet, and that looking like that it wouldn't last in the wild for more than a couple of days - around here, even cats and small dogs don't last long due to wild predators.
This guy must be the luckiest rabbit in the world.

The barn two weeks later, after the tackarting, which unfortunately I couldn't attend myself.
