Yet another IR timelapse in the making. I think I took three here. Discovered that an 8GB card only works in the d80 with the Fine quality setting and 3s intervals (at least with the card I was using). Takes too long to write files to 8GB or larger cards, which is a problem with the d80 normally.

Smaller cards worked just fine with JPEGs, but those too were limited to about 4s or greater intervals with RAW. Might try a faster card to see if that helps. RAW isn't really required for this application, but might have allowed me to improve the exposure, etc. on some of these time lapses where the sky is obscured by clouds.
