sorry you couldn't see the totallity - but hopefully you got those darn glasses and checked it out. i was 18 miles from totallity, so I work my son up and drove down side roads to avoid traffic and made it into the totallity path. well worth it. we are such lucky creatures to be able to experience the feel of the solar system from right here on earth.
