Cooking disaster - This should be syrup for making brandied peaches. Overheated it by mistake & ended-up with sticky brandy candy!

It actually tastes delicious but you need to watch your fillings as it both breaks like glass & then becomes very adhesive when sooked.

It also didn't bind the alcohol very well & it soon began to come out of the mix - forming a very sticky coating.
