Thanks for this series of photos Phil. I found a TV series named 'Crossrail' by the BBC(?) and saw an episode about preparation for commissioning which was very interesting and more so for your intro of it.

You are very welcome, Graham. It is good that my snaps are connecting with people. I don't live in London anymore, but I like to keep in touch with developments, in areas I knew, and as I am a railway geek this was almost a pilgrimage!
