It was opposite our house when we lived in London. What made it funnier was that there were roadworks happening around that time and residents had been asked to avoid parking in this road and they had even sprayed NO PARKING down the centre of the road. Maybe it was someone's tongue-in-cheek response to that.

May be not. The buses on the nearest bus route at that time were bendy buses.
