Boatyards to the west of Denton Island - Newhaven - 5 10 2021

The paint effect was concocted by making a copy layer. That was turned into black outline drawing using Photoshop 'find edges'. The base layer was treated with the 'dry brush' paint effect. The upper layer then had the 'multiply' filter applied which fixed the line drawing over the paint effect layer.
