Sailing vessels - Portsmouth - 27.9.2006

Another shot found while looking for something else. It probably wasn't used before as the quality isn't brilliant, taken as it was through the window of an Isle of Wight ferry. I am not sure where it is exactly. The monument on the right looks like one on the seafront at Southsea, but that has a large green area around it. Any thoughts on the location will be most welcome.
