Eastbourne Corporation 42 - AHC 442 - Eastbourne Classic Bus Running Day 2014

This bus was taking part in a fund-raising 'running day' in Eastbourne in 2014. I thought that it was in appropriate colours to draw attention to a fund-raising running day next Sunday, 3rd April in aid of charities working to support Ukrainian refugees and other humanitarian activities. Buses, both preserved and current models, will be running between Seaford and Lewes and Lewes and Uckfield, from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. Whether this bus will be among the vehicles involved I do not know. Donations can be made on the buses or via a giving page. It is being organized by by David Mulpeter of locally based operator Seven Sisters Bus and Coach. Details from the Route 1 website.
