Look what the tide washed in - 9.1.2014

I wonder how far this trolley had travelled, to arrive on the Seaford promenade during the January storms. The local supermarket is Morrisons. The red bar by the handle is a bit of a puzzle. I expect Flickr would have had a group dedicated to such exotic items, to which one could refer the query!
30.5.2014 I now find that ipernity does have one! I am sure I could have searched for it, but I came across Cold War Warrior's extensive collection by chance! Now I suppose I shall be on the lookout for these now, as well as street furniture. phone & post boxes, benches.....
