Isle of Wight Owl on grainy background

The owl is, I think, a White Faced Scops Owl, Ptilopsis granti, from the Haven Falconry Centre on the Isle of Wight.
The background was created from a photo of clouds, taken from our garden, that had very narrow stripes running horizontally together with more standard wispy layers. The stripes can be seen in the lower right of the background layer. As the image wasn't really that striking, I started playing about with it and then needed something to put in the middle and this little owl seemed to fit the bill.
