Brighton - Owl & Badger - relay box art - 22.11.2013

The owl has had blue spray can squiggles removed - so the areas that were under it may not be as the artist intended. These are just a couple of the pavement boxes - for traffic light controls or phone/cable relays - out of dozens that have been painted in Brighton.
