Spring can't be far away when the classic convertibles come out of hibernation! The quadruple headlamps and 2-litre badge on the grille suggest a Vitesse, the sporty version of the Herald with a 6-cylinder engine, and the DVLA database confirms that this is a 2-litre car, first registered on 1 February 1968 (the F code ran for a year from 1 August 1967). This one is a much happier sight than one that I saw recently.
